Advertising Opportunity – Dialann Ghaillimh le Gaeilge

It’s hard to believe that Autumn is upon us again but the achievements of our Hurling teams will certainly lift our spirits for the Autumn, Gaillimh Abú!

Gaillimh le Gaeilge is busy working on Dialann Ghaillimh le Gaeilge 2018. The Dialann is an A4 week-to-two-pages fully bilingual diary with a beautiful leather-bound cover. This is the only bilingual diary produced in Ireland which we will distribute to Cairde Ghaillimh le Gaeilge Councillors, local politicians, the business community and other representatives in Galway. Publication of the Dialann is funded solely by advertising.

Ionad na Faiche Móire/ Eyre Square Centre scoops the Gradam and is named the New Tribe of Galway

One of the largest shopping centre’s in the west of Ireland, Ionad na Faiche Móire/ Eyre Square Centre, located in the heart of Galway City, was named as the overall winner of Galway’s bilingual business award – Gradam Sheosaimh Uí Ógartaigh. Aire Stáit sa Roinn Ealaíon, Oidhreachta, Gnóthaí Réigiúnacha, Tuaithe agus Gaeltachta,  Seán Kyne TD made the annoucement at a special awards ceremony that took place in the Salthill Hotel on Monday the 15th of May 2017. The award ceremony marked the pinnacle of Gaillimh le Gaeilge’s celebrations of 30 years in business and applauds the outstanding efforts of the business community promoting ‘An Ghaeilge’ in  Ireland’s Bilingual City and European Capital of Culture 2020.

GALWAY’S NEW TRIBE TO BE ANNOUNCED NEXT WEEK!

With just a few more days left before the big night when Aire Stáit Seán Kyne TD sa Roinn Ealaíon, Oidhreachta, Gnóthaí Réigiúnacha, Tuaithe agus Gaeltachta will announce the Gradam Sheosaimh Uí Ógartaigh category winners and the overall winner for 2017. Twelve Galway businesses on the Gradam Gearrliosta, are very busy preparing for the special awards ceremony taking place next Monday the 15th of May at 6.30pm in the Salthill Hotel.  This event has become an important feature in the Galway calendar and this year, it will mark the pinnacle of Gaillimh le Gaeilge’s celebrations of 30 years in business.
